About the Author
Mariachiara Gasparini is the Associate Professor of Chinese Art and Architectural History at the University of Oregon. Eiren Shea is Associate Professor of Art History at Grinnell College, where she offers classes on the arts of pre-modern Asia. Jacqueline Simcox owns a private art dealership in London, specialising in Chinese and Central Asian textiles. Amy Heller is a Tibetologist affiliated with the Institute for the Science of Religion, University of Bern, and the Tibet team of the Centre for Research on East Asian Civilisations (CRCAO/Paris).
