Antique carpets, textiles and works of tribal art are very lightly represented at this year's summer Olympia (5-15 June 2014). The main participants in these fields are UK based dealers Brian MacDonald and Gallery Yacou, both traditional oriental carpet specialists, Ulrike Montigel (Galerie Arabesque, Stuttgart), with a well-judged mixture of oriental rugs, European and Asian textiles and other objets d'art, and two London-based tribal art specialists, Clive Loveless, with a mix of African, pre-Columbian and Australasian artefacts, and Bryan Reeves (Tribal Gathering), who predominantly shows African material.
