Interpretation

User Responsibilities

party where the Registered User has allowed or facilitated that third party

however so received.
5. The User shall indemnify Hali against all costs, claims,
demands or expenses incurred by or made against Hali or “HALI eGallery”
at www.hali.com as a result of any breach
of these Terms and Conditions or howsoever arising.

the negligence of its employees or agents or licensors, and whether asserted

the Services at any time without notice.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
15. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and
construed in accordance with the laws of

and Users agree to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Variation
16. Hali reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and
Conditions at any time without notice. Any such variation or amendment to
these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website.
